Privacy
Private by design. Your tasks are yours, they stay on your devices, and we have no way to see them.
Again is a to-do app made by NorthOS. We built it to be private by design: your tasks are yours, they stay on your devices, and we have no way to see them. This policy explains exactly what that means.
Everything you create in Again, your tasks, lists, notes, due dates, reminders, and completion history, is stored locally on your device.
iCloud sync. If you are signed in to iCloud, Again uses Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) to sync your tasks across your own Apple devices. This data is stored in your private iCloud account, which only you can access. NorthOS cannot read, access, or retrieve it. This sync is handled entirely by Apple and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. If you are not signed in to iCloud, Again works fully offline and your data stays only on your device.
Profile picture. If you choose to set a profile picture, Again accesses your photo library only to let you pick that one image. The image is stored on your device. It is never sent to us.
Notifications. Again's reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They are not sent through any server and contain only the task information you created.
Nothing. Again does not collect any personal information, usage data, or device identifiers. The app's personality and commentary are generated entirely on your device with no internet connection and no AI or cloud services involved.
We do not share data with anyone, because we do not have your data. The only data movement is the optional iCloud sync between your own devices, handled by Apple.
Again does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13. No personal information is gathered, transmitted, or stored by us.
If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Because Again collects no data, we don't anticipate material changes.
